Bay-Lynx Manufacturing UK has promoted Patrick Nicklin to the role of capital equipment area sales manager for the Midlands, covering sales of volumetric mixers, Frumecar drum mixers, and single belt bulk material discharge bodies.

Patrick steps up from his previous position in the aftersales team, where he supported customers with parts and service enquiries across the UK. In his new role, he will take on direct responsibility for capital equipment sales, working closely with existing and new clients across the region.

“I’ve got to know many of our customers over the phone through service and support,” Patrick said. “I’m now looking forward to meeting them face-to-face to discuss their business plans and explore how Bay-Lynx can support their operations.”

Managing director Michael Barr welcomed the appointment: “Patrick has always gone above and beyond for our customers. His promotion reflects both his commitment and our ongoing focus on internal development and customer care.”

Bay-Lynx operates out of Runcorn and Basingstoke, supplying a range of mobile and static equipment to the UK concrete and materials sector.
