NPK Construction Equipment (NPKCE) has announced a series of management changes designed to strengthen its global strategy and support growth in key markets such as concrete demolition and recycling.

The Ohio-based company, whose hydraulic attachments are distributed in the UK via Molson Equipment, is known for tools including concrete crushers, pulverisers, demolition grabs and hydraulic hammers. These products are widely used in breaking out reinforced concrete, processing demolition arisings, and enabling concrete recycling – all areas of growing importance for the UK’s circular economy.

Following a board meeting on 8 September, NPK confirmed that Toshihiro Nomura has been appointed president of NPKCE. Formerly chief operating officer, Nomura will also continue to serve on the board and has joined the company’s leadership team.

Other leadership changes see Mike Rzeszotarski appointed vice president and chairman of the leadership meeting, continuing to lead product support, while Chris Salerno becomes vice president with responsibility for sales and marketing. Kyle Bias has also been named vice president, overseeing engineering and operations, and Nik Shah, the company’s chief financial officer, joins the leadership team. Meanwhile, David Palvere has moved into the role of president at Genesis Attachments, focusing on growing NPK’s specialist attachment business, and former president Dan Tyrrell will now serve as an advisor.

NPK said the changes will help it deliver on long-term strategic goals and strengthen its position as a leading supplier of demolition and concrete-processing attachments.

With sustainability driving demand for efficient recycling and material recovery, NPK’s equipment is playing an increasing role in reducing waste and supporting UK concrete contractors and producers.
