Milbank acquires London Lintels

Milbank Group has strengthened its position in the construction supply chain with the acquisition of London Lintels Ltd, an independent distributor of concrete and steel lintels based in Winchester.

The move brings London Lintels into the Milbank Group portfolio, which already includes precast specialist Milbank Concrete Products. Managing director Steve Barnett will continue to lead the business, ensuring continuity for customers and staff.

Known for its wide product range and next-day delivery service, London Lintels supplies structural building materials to builders, developers and merchants across London and the South. Its inventory includes concrete and steel lintels, cavity trays, damp proofing products and accessories from leading manufacturers.

Ashley Perkins, group marketing manager at Milbank, said the acquisition underlined the group’s long-term strategy of investing in well-run, market-leading businesses that complement its existing operations.

The deal was completed on 1 August 2025. London Lintels will continue to operate as an independent company within the Milbank Group.
