Armcon expands ProAll coverage and appoints new sales director

Armcon has strengthened its role in the UK’s concrete equipment sector by taking on the Southern UK territory for ProAll, a Terex company, and announcing the appointment of a new sales director.

The move follows recent market changes that saw Armcon extend its coverage from northern UK customers to now encompass the entire country. Previously, Premier MBP held the southern rights, but Armcon’s new agreement ensures that all ProAll volumetric mixer customers across the UK will continue to receive full sales, service and warranty support.

As part of this expansion, Armcon plans to open a new southern depot to improve local access to spares, service and technical support.

Managing director Sean Warburton said: “We recognise that recent developments may have created uncertainty, but customers can rest assured that we are here to provide continuity and peace of mind. With our new Southern depot, we will bring Armcon’s proven levels of customer service closer to our Southern base.”

The company has also announced the appointment of Andy Southern as sales director. Andy joins from Blue Machinery Spares Limited, a Terex dealership, where he expanded the sales team and doubled turnover. His experience with Terex products and deep knowledge of the construction equipment market make him well-placed to lead Armcon’s sales strategy.

“Andy brings the energy, insight, and leadership we need to scale our business,” said Warburton. “His experience aligns perfectly with our ambitions to grow every aspect of our business both in the UK and globally.”

Armcon, now employee-owned, has been a trusted name in concrete for more than 40 years.
