Normet launches new concrete sprayers at WTC 2025
Normet has unveiled two new additions to its sprayed concrete equipment line at the World Tunnelling Congress 2025 in Stockholm: the high-capacity Spraymec 9100 and a newly extended boom option for the compact Minimec manipulator.
The Spraymec 9100 is purpose-built for large-profile tunnel and cavern applications. It combines a low-pulsation concrete pump, 1,500-litre accelerator tank, and onboard compressor into a single machine, with SmartSpray boom control included as standard. With a maximum vertical reach of 19.5 metres and a spraying width of 28 metres, it is one of the most powerful sprayers in Normet’s lineup. An optional Remote Driving System allows safe and convenient relocation from ground level.

At the opposite end of the size spectrum, Normet’s proven Minimec spraying manipulator now features an extended boom option offering 8.5 metres of reach, up from the standard 7.5. Designed for efficiency and manoeuvrability in tight underground spaces, the Minimec delivers precise, consistent results even in challenging conditions.
Toni Huttunen, Normet’s product line director for sprayed concrete, said: “The Minimec update sets a benchmark for efficiency and precision in confined spaces, while the Spraymec 9100 delivers powerful, high-quality spraying in demanding large-scale tunnelling projects.”
With both launches, Normet continues to strengthen its offering for global tunnelling markets and adapt to the evolving needs of sprayed concrete users.
