Bay-Lynx strengthens southern operations with key appointments

Bay-Lynx UK has marked the first anniversary of its southern operations with two key appointments aimed at strengthening customer service and technical support across the region.

The company opened its Basingstoke facility in 2024 to expand coverage beyond its main site in Corby. Twelve months on, Bay-Lynx reports strong demand across all volumetric mixer brands and has reinforced its team with experienced specialists.

Steve Hethershaw joins as Parts Manager (South), bringing decades of experience in the concrete equipment sector, including four years as parts manager with Premier MBP. He will oversee southern parts operations, ensuring continued reliability and rapid response times for customers.

Also joining the team is Craig Beard, appointed Workshop Fitter and Engineer. With more than 40 years in mechanical engineering — including six years at Premier MBP — Craig will support both workshop operations and mobile service, assisting customers directly on-site.
