PERI Pave ReLife to debut at Precast Expo
PERI UK will launch its PERI Pave ReLife refurbishment service at the MPA Precast and Masonry Expo 2025, taking place on 15 May at Welford Road Stadium in Leicester.
Presented in collaboration with UK agent Procter Johnson, the exhibition marks the UK debut of ReLife—a new solution designed to extend the life of PERI Pave production pallets by an additional five to seven years. The system supports manufacturers in the paving, brick and precast concrete sectors by reducing waste and improving sustainability.
Already introduced at bauma 2025, PERI Pave ReLife professionally resurfaces and recoats used pallets, restoring their durability and functional performance while reducing the need for replacement.
In addition to the ReLife service, visitors can explore the latest generation of the PERI Pave pallet. The well-established production board now features a plastic coating with an integrated release effect, significantly reducing the build-up of concrete residues.

With uniform vibration performance, excellent flatness and low self-weight, PERI Pave pallets are designed for precision applications, supporting long-term efficiency and high-quality output. Service life for the base product typically ranges from 10 to 12 years, with ReLife now extending that further.
Peter Clifton, PERI Pave manager at PERI UK, said: “When paving and precast concrete manufacturers choose PERI Pave, they are investing in quality and longevity. We’re also excited to show how we can extend the value of our product pallets further through maintenance and care with PERI Pave ReLife, reducing both costs and environmental impact.”
Attendees at the Expo are invited to visit the PERI and Procter Johnson stand to see the products up close and speak with technical experts.
