BAA reveals speaker line-up and awards for 2025 conference

The British Aggregates Association (BAA) has announced the speaker line-up and awards highlights for its 2025 Annual Conference and AGM, which takes place on 12–13 November at the Majestic Hotel & Spa, Harrogate.

The event will bring together leaders, operators, and professionals from across the UK quarrying and minerals industry for two days of presentations, discussion, and networking. The AGM and informal dinner will be held on Wednesday 12 November, followed by the main conference and black-tie dinner on Thursday 13 November.

Delegates will hear from industry experts on topics including health and safety, tax reform, sustainability, policy, resource efficiency, and innovation. The full list of speakers is available via the BAA website.

A dedicated trade exhibition will showcase the latest products, services, and technologies supporting safe, efficient, and sustainable quarrying operations.

The event will also host the Suppliers & Contractors Awards, recognising companies and individuals who have delivered outstanding expertise and support to the sector. The Young Industry Talent Award returns to celebrate emerging professionals, while the Quarry of the Year Award will honour operational excellence and best practice across UK sites.
