Spotmix Ready Mix Concrete has strengthened its position as one of the North West’s leading suppliers with the addition of its 17th volumetric mixer, built by Bay-Lynx Manufacturing UK.

The new custom-designed volumetric screed unit enables Spotmix to produce Longfloor Integracure liquid screed, expanding its product range and supporting growth in specialist floor applications.

Operating across Liverpool, Wirral, Chester and surrounding areas, Spotmix delivers ready-mix concrete, screed, and concrete pump hire services. Each delivery is GPS-tracked, ISO 9001-certified, and precisely measured, ensuring customers only pay for what they use.

“Strong partnerships build strong foundations,” said James Hunter, head of operations at Spotmix. “Our continued investment in new technology allows us to serve customers more efficiently and expand into innovative growth areas like liquid screed. We will continue to invest to meet demand.”

Michael Barr, managing director of Bay-Lynx Manufacturing UK, added: “We’re proud to have supported Spotmix in this exciting expansion and look forward to seeing their continued growth in the liquid screed market. Their fleet now stands at 17 Bay-Lynx mixers, and we’ll continue to support them as they go from strength to strength.”
