Spotmix launches on-demand liquid screed service in North West

Liverpool-based supplier Spotmix Ready Mixed Concrete has launched an on-demand liquid screed delivery service for contractors across Merseyside, Wirral and the North West, introducing a flexible, pay-as-you-pour model designed to eliminate waste and reduce costs.

Using volumetric Bay-Lynx trucks adapted for screed delivery, Spotmix mixes material on-site to the exact volume required, allowing trade customers to “pay only for what you use.” The service aims to solve long-standing challenges with over-ordering, rigid delivery slots and inconsistent screed quality that often disrupt project schedules.

Each batch meets strict flow, strength and drying standards while supporting faster installation times — particularly for flooring and underfloor heating projects requiring precise, controlled pours.
