MKM opens Wolverhampton branch, creates 19 jobs

MKM Building Supplies has opened its 135th UK branch in Wolverhampton, creating 19 local jobs and introducing the company’s first ‘Fast Lane’ drive-thru warehouse.

Located on Neachells Lane, the branch officially opened on 7 July and offers a full range of building materials, with a focus on plumbing, landscaping, kitchens and renewables. The site includes a kitchen and bathroom showroom, landscaping displays, and a dedicated renewables area.

Branch directors David Wint, Dave Horton and Dan Mansell, all Wolverhampton natives with more than 100 years of combined industry experience, will lead the branch.

As with all MKM locations, community support is central. The Wolverhampton team has chosen Ward 9 at Birmingham Children’s Hospital as its charity partner, starting with a £500 donation and fundraising raffle.
